Large 1 BR/Bath (around 660 sq.ft) in the Westchase district. The rent is actually $640 with monthly water/sewage and valet trash fee which totals up to no more than $675. The apartment community is called Mandalay Shadowlake. I have 3 more months left on my lease and am wanting to move closer to work as my work hours have increased. This is a very very nice apartment community with pool, fitness center, laundry facility, putt-putt green, and on site spa/massage. The kitchen includes dishwasher and garbage disposal with black appliances (stove and fridge). Huge bathroom with garden style tub and large walk-in closet. First floor unit, large patio that overlooks the pool. I need someone to take over the lease so that I can move out before March 1st. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. All application fees, background/credit check...etc. will be handled by the apartment office. |

» Nanny needed « Friends, my sister-in-law is going to have a baby in April and the young lady that was going to be her nanny can no longer work due to major health issues. Can anyone please recommend a nanny? They need someone starting in June. Any help is greatly appreciated. - Stacey Hanna |
